ORDERING
Select minerals/crystals by number located next to the specimen's name.
Email us with your selected item numbers and a brief description and you will then receive
an invoice for your order by email.
Unless otherwise posted on our web site, we will respond to inquiries within two business days.
We travel occasionally and will advise in advance of any resulting delays.
SHIPPING
We use UPS ground, insured and USPS Priority insured unless otherwise requested.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS Priority International Insured. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards through PayPal.
After we receive your email order, you will receive a email
confirmation containing your invoice to be paid through PayPal.
All payments made by CHECK, MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK
to be sent to the PMB address above.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days
of notification of payment by PAY PAL.
Orders made by check may be delayed up to
10 business days before shipping.
Buyer pays shipping.
Any returns to be sent by same method as original
shipment, at the expense of buyer.
Minerals returned within 10 business days of
reciept by buyer in their original condition
will be eligible for a full refund
(excluding shipping charges.)
